Once you have entered all the details in the booking module and pressed the submit button, you will receive confirmation of your reservation.

The standard room price provides one night stay for two people in a luxurious room, with quality bed and bath linens, bath products and a full buffet breakfast. Access to the enclosed parking lot is also included. You can always pre-book a bottle of champagne or Geuze or request a surprise package.

This is possible for children up to 12 years old. However, it is necessary to mention this immediately at the time of reservation. An extra bed for an adult can also be placed in the suite Marie-Henriette upon request.

All rooms and common areas are finished with exclusive materials. Unfortunately, due to the extensive restoration work in the villa and the luxurious finish of all rooms in the guesthouse, we regret that we cannot allow pets.

Villa Servais dates back to the 19th century. Due to the historical and protected character of this heritage, there is no elevator to the upper floor and the building contains several staircases. On the first floor, however, everything is easily accessible, including the tearoom, the music room and the restrooms.

We have a large parking lot behind the villa with thirteen parking spaces. As a guest in our B&B you will receive an access code to enter the parking lot and may park your car freely during your stay.

At the rear of the villa, near the parking lot, there are three charging stations available for electric vehicles. There is also a separate facility for charging the battery of your electric bicycle. And the bicycle can easily be rinsed off with rainwater after a hike.

When you make a reservation for a room in our guest house, we only ask for your credit card details as a guarantee. To protect your data, we use a secure booking module where everything is automatically encrypted. This means that your information is treated as highly confidential.

Within walking distance of the villa is Halle station where you have direct train connections to the main cities. You will also find a stop of the Line.

Of course we hope to welcome you. If you have to cancel your reservation, please contact us by phone or e-mail as soon as possible. Until one week in advance we do not charge any costs. From one week before arrival, the room price will be charged but we provide a voucher that you can use for a new stay.

It is buzzing with activity in and around the Villa Servais. Concerts, expositions and exhibitions are organized in the villa. In Halle and its surroundings there is a lot to do in terms of culture, gastronomy, sports and nature. Be sure to read our tips.

Within walking distance of the villa you can discover a wide range of gourmet restaurants, cozy brasseries and cafes. We will be happy to give you tasty tips and reserve a table if you wish.

This is certainly a possibility. We will hold your luggage until check-in. We are happy to give you the opportunity to discover Halle, the neighboring municipalities, the Zenne Valley, the Pajottenland or Brussels in advance. Please let us know in good time when you expect to arrive and also if you wish to park your car in our car park in advance.

We welcome you personally between 3 pm and 10 pm. Do you wish to arrive later? Then you can use the unique QR code you will receive from us after the reservation.

We ask that you leave the room by 11 am. This gives you enough time to have a leisurely breakfast and afterwards we can prepare the room in time for the next guests.

Breakfast is served between 7 am and 10 am during the week and from 8 am to 11 am during the weekend. If you would like to have breakfast before 7 am, please contact us.

You can request a packed lunch to take with you on your discovery of the Pajottenland and Zenne Valley. We will be happy to put this together for you. Feel free to contact us for more information.

This is possible if the room you are staying in has not already been rebooked by other guests. We will be happy to check this for you.

You can request this by contacting us by e-mail or using the contact form on the website. Please include your name, date of reservation and the room booked. We will send a duplicate via email or post.

You can rent the villa for private events. This can be a concert, exhibition or a corporate event. Be sure to check out the possibilities under the ‘events’ section. Exclusive receptions in the historic music hall or salon are also possible. Evening parties are not allowed.
