Servenay, from the village of Trélou-sur-Marne, is located in the Aisne department, in the Marne region.
This champagne is made from three grape varieties: Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, and Chardonnay—a robust brut.
Following its purchase in June 2016, the first steps were taken toward the restoration of Villa Servais. Thanks to local contractors and craftsmen, this masterpiece is now a vibrant villa that brings people together around music, art, and gastronomy.
During the spring months of 2026, we are planning a rich program of activities featuring both young local talent and renowned artists to celebrate ten years of restoration.
Since the start of the restoration, 9 editions of the Servais champagne capsules have already been released, usually linked to the restoration of a specific object, such as the lions or the Roman vase. The new ‘golden’ capsule highlights this 10th anniversary—a dynamic little crown as a symbol and recognition for everyone who has breathed new life into Villa Servais.

This year, champagne is once again available from two houses, meaning two different capsules with different labels.
