Soprano Thalia De Clercq and harpist Fanny Van Coninckxloey will enchant you with works by G. Fauré, C. Debussy and some lesser-known composers from the Netherlands.
Works by composer Simon Thiery will also be on the programme.
Simon Thiery grew up in Halle and studied composition at the Conservatory of Leuven.
Thalia studied at the Royal Conservatory of Antwerp and, in addition to her singing career, is also active as a music therapist.
Fanny Van Coninckxloey obtained her master’s degree at the Royal Conservatory of Antwerp in 2019.
In addition to her career as a professional harpist, she also teaches arts part-time.
Simon was born in Halle and obtained a degree in percussion from the municipal academy of arts.
He is currently studying composition at the Conservatory of Leuven.
The duo performs Simon’s original compositions, inspired in particular by the music of Adrien-François Servais.
Musical genre: classical music, mainly French impressionism and romantic lieder.
