This year, champagne from two houses is available again. The new bottle caps highlight the 10th anniversary with a moving crown as a symbol of the cultural revival at Villa Servais.

On Saturday, December 6 and Sunday, December 7, 2025, we are organizing a collection moment in a Christmas atmosphere.

Servenay, from the village of Trélou-sur-Marne, is located in the Aisne department. This is the region of the Marne.
This champagne consists of three grape varieties: Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, and Chardonnay, a robust brut.

After its purchase in June 2016, the first steps were taken toward the restoration of Villa Servais. Thanks to local contractors and craftsmen, this masterpiece is now a vibrant villa that brings people together around music, art, and gastronomy.

During the spring months of 2026, we are planning a rich program of activities, featuring both young local talent and renowned artists, to celebrate ten years of restoration.

Since the start of the restoration, nine editions of the Servais champagne capsules have already been released, usually linked to the restoration of a specific object, such as the lions or the Roman vase. The new “gold” capsule honors this 10th anniversary. A dynamic crown serves as a symbol and recognition for everyone who breathed new life into Villa Servais.

This year again, we are offering two champagne houses, with therefore two different capsules and distinct Villa Servais labels.

All profits from the previous campaign in 2024 will be donated to the construction of the mini-grandstand in the garden of Villa Servais. Meanwhile, the necessary steps have been taken to obtain the permit, and the grandstand will be built in spring 2026, using blue limestone from the historic Hal railway station.
